Description Forklift Operator - Seasonal Location: Elk Grove, CA Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM Employment Type: Seasonal (through September, with potential to extend longer) Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. This is a seasonal position expected to last through September, with the possibility of extending longer based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse or yard Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any issues Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet productivity and attendance expectations Schedule Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM Must be able to work early morning hours consistently Requirements Previous forklift operating experience required Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Compensation $20.00 per hour Weekly or biweekly pay (adjust as needed) Seasonal Details Seasonal role expected to last through September
