This role involves order picking, pallet building, and operating warehouse equipment to ensure accurate and efficient product handling. Responsibilities Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift to pick and move products Select and palletize orders accurately based on requirements Build and secure pallets to prevent shifting or damage Label products using warehouse labeling systems Stage completed pallets at designated dock locations Perform equipment inspections before and after use Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a high-paced setting Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed Required Skills 1 3 years of warehouse experience Experience operating a double pallet jack (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (team lift for heavier loads) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work at a consistent, fast pace Basic math and reading skills Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures Reliable transportation Preferred Skills High reach equipment experience Tools/Environment Electric pallet jack, forklift, and warehouse equipment Labeling systems (SOS technology) Fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment
