Duties and Responsibilities: * Overall lead for controls engineering for HVAC Final Assembly * Daily production support for across HVAC Final Assembly. * Develop kaizen activities driven by Safety, Quality, and Productivity. * Equipment/machine procurement for HVAC assembly. * Project management (schedule development and budget tracking). * Support company and departmental G&O's (safety, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, environmental and delivery). * Equipment specification, justification, installation, testing, buyoff, process validation & capability. * Lead planning and equipment/machine install events, support equipment training, line-off, and document buy-off condition incorporating ergo, safety and spare parts. * Provide regular updates to management on key projects. * Understand machine operation and make suggestions to improve machine operation ratios, net operator time and product flow. * Communication between support departments for open items. (Design, Quality, Production Control, Production, Business Planning, Purchasing, etc.). Knowledge Skills and Abilities: * Highly motivated and technically competent, innovative problem-solver that incorporates the plan, do, check, action methods. * Excellent self-management and project management skills (ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously). * Ability to work in a team environment. * Ability to collect, analyze and effectively use data to drive decision making. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organization skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and multitask. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (TAC group companies, DMTN, DNJP, etc.) * Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
