Audit ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team and ensure that financial operations and reporting are carried out in accordance with established standards and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and will play a key role in managing audit processes, guiding junior staff, and maintaining client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completionReview and finalize audit reports and financial statementsEnsure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulationsSupervise and mentor junior audit staffCommunicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide assuranceIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend solutionsConduct risk assessments and prepare audit plansStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA certification is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in audit or public accountingStrong understanding of GAAP and assurance practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsFull benefits for this opportunity; including PTO, 401k plans, Healthcare coverages, bonuses, and more!
