If you're looking for a place where no two days are the same and the people are as top-notch as the property, you've just found it.Job Responsibilities: Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant. Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes. Put away requisitions each day. Perform all side work as assigned. Keep the bar clean, safe, and presentable at all times while providing friendly and attentive service. Prepare and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the club's service standards. Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus. Take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, to-go orders, and specialty orders. Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests. Own every member request. Any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.Education and Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a willingness to serve with a positive attitude. Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must work effectively with a team. Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have previous bartending experience. Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and most holidays. Must be BASSET certified. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Must have ability to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 35lbs. Experience in private clubs is a plus.All offers of employment are based upon satisfactory completion of background checks.
