Role descriptionJob Title: ServiceNow Program ManagerLocation: Tampa, FL (Remote)Role SummaryWe are looking for a delivery-focused Project / Program Manager with proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations. This role will own end-to-end execution of ITAM programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end ServiceNow Key project & program delivery-accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes (no handoffs, no excuses)Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocationsDrive execution rigor across all workstreams; ensure tasks move, not just get discussedEstablish and run strong governance cadence (daily/weekly reviews, steering committees, exec updates)Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies-and drive mitigation before they become escalationsEnforce scope control and change management to prevent project driftManage cross-functional teams (ServiceNow architects, developers, SMEs, client stakeholders) and ensure accountabilityTrack and report project health (RAID, KPIs, milestones) with clear, action-oriented insightsLead stakeholder communication-translate complexity into crisp, executive-ready updatesDrive decision-making by escalating blockers with context and recommended actionsEnsure quality delivery through planning, UAT oversight, and go-live readinessMaintain focus on business outcomes, not just technical completionRequired Experience8-12+ years in Project / Program ManagementProven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations as a Project and/or Program ManagerStrong understanding of:Project Management MethodologiesServiceNow delivery lifecycleITSM / ITAM processesCMDB & Discovery conceptsExperience managing large, cross-functional, distributed teamsMust have QualificationsExperience with Large ServiceNow Project Delivery Agile / Hybrid delivery experienceManage Onsite/Offshore Teams PMP or any other CredentialNice to have QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)Key SkillsStrong execution and ownership mindsetExcellent stakeholder management (including C-level)Proactive risk and issue managementClear, concise communication and reportingAbility to manage complex, fast-paced programs
