Your Role As a Summer IT Intern in Gensler's Morristown office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity. This is a full-time program running from June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program. What You Will DoWork as a member of our help desk team and provide general technology support for end-usersTroubleshoot and support our workstations, laptops, printers, plotters, video conferencing units and other peripheralsMaintain and support administrative, graphics and CAD applications in mixed Windows and Macintosh environmentsPerform workstation and telephone additions/moves/changesSupport documentation, system backup and recovery and application upgradesYour QualificationsYou have completed your 2nd year of undergrad working towards a Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology or related fieldProven troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to disconnect, lift and move PC's and Monitors (50 lbs) to new workstationsKnowledge of basic desktop troubleshooting, including Windows and Mac OSYour Additional CharacteristicsResourceful and self-motivatedEnthusiastic team playerDemonstrated leadership in their school and/or communityAbility to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple/shifting prioritiesAbility to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environmentHow to Apply Submit an online application including a resume and cover letter in PDF form.
