Title: Instructional Design/Training Development Resources will work on Netsuite Training they will develop Level 300 training courses for Netsuite. Duration: 4 months Location: Remote Number of Roles: 4 Requirements: Scope: Create level 300 courses (how do you do your job using Netsuite) using Storyline Information about the Company: 30 divisions and 8 acquisitions this year. 40 sites. Businesses include: sales and rentals, flagging and signage, traffic control, construction, and accident recovery. They are moving from Sage 100 to Netsuite. They are calling the project, One Helix Way transformation. Use Dayforce as LMS SCORM compliance is required. 3 levels of training for Netsuite with multiple modules. Levels are 100 (overview), 200 (process), 300 (How do I do this in Netsuite ). Insight is will be focused developing the the 300 level which will be 30-90 min courses including in-line quizzes. Build in Storyline to accommodate exercises during the training in addition to quizzes. They currently have about 150 work instructions written to help develop the materials. They can provide guiderails, written instructions or video instructions with recorded process walkthroughs and SMEs we can meet with. They have a sandbox we can use for recording. They have templates but we can update them, especially since we would be creating the more complex courses. This is 90% for office workers and they want to track in Dayforce. Courses would be slides intro, demonstration, try it. Will be between 3 and 10 courses per workstream at the 300 level (3-10 hours each workstream). Initial request for quotation: 7 modules, 3 courses per module, 1 hour each, built in Articulate Storyline. They will want to start as soon as possible once we have the contract, and will want quick turnaround. They want to have the initial new training ready (1 level 300 course each for 5 areas) at the beginning of May (customer order management, field services management, and 3 areas of finance) if at all possible. The organization spans 30 divisions, 40 sites, 8 recent acquisitions, across businesses including sales and rentals, flagging and signage, traffic control, construction, and accident recovery. You will convert existing documentation and SME knowledge into 30 90 minute Storyline courses for primarily office-based users, delivered and tracked in Dayforce. Responsibilities Design and develop Level 300, task-based NetSuite training using Articulate Storyline. Build SCORM-compliant modules for Dayforce with an intro demonstration try it structure and in line quizzes. Use NetSuite sandbox to record demos and create guided practice and simulations. Leverage and refine ~ 150 existing work instructions, templates, and SME walkthroughs to create accurate, role based content. Produce 3 10 courses per workstream (3 10 hours of content), starting with customer order management, field services management, and three finance areas. Meet aggressive timelines, including an initial target of five Level 300 courses by early May, where feasible. Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and the LMS team; perform QA and ensure SCORM tracking works in Dayforce. Required Qualifications 3+ years experience designing and developing software/system training. Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and SCORM. Experience creating task-based, system how to eLearning with demos, try its, and quizzes. Ability to work from process docs, work instructions, and SME interviews. Strong writing, communication, and time management skills; comfortable with fast paced, multi module projects. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP training (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.). Preferred: Background in training for finance, order management, or field services. Preferred: Experience supporting large, multi site systems transformation programs.
