We are currently looking for an experienced Counselor to serve youth, adults, and families within our tribal and surrounding communities.This is more than a job - it's a calling to walk alongside others on their healing journey through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.What You'll Do:As a Counselor, you'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment rooted in cultural humility, integrity and compassion. Whether through individual counseling, school-based services, community outreach, or crisis response, our work is infused with meaning and heart. In this role, you'll:Provide comprehensive assessments and culturally sensitive counseling to individuals, families, and groupsSupport clients experience mental health challenges, including those at risk of suicide, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBTServe as a trusted crisis responder and participate in outreach effortsDevelop personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, written in their own voiceCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic wellnessEngage in community prevention and education initiativesWhat You Bring:Master's degree in human services or behavioral health field.WA State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist (associate or full license depending on level).
