Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription: REQUIREMENTS: The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. Bachelor of Science in Nursing + 1 year of related experience OR Registered Nurse + 2 years of related Mental health/direct care experience. Valid PA RN License Valid Driver License and the ability to drive organization vehicles. Act 33/34/73 clearances Pre-employment Drug Test SCHEDULE: Flexible schedule working a minimum of 2 shifts per month is required in our Personal Care Homes. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Nurse will provide medication management and medication training and supports (medication education, health education, assessing general health needs, health/wellness training, psychotherapy, and service coordination) and to coordinate physical health treatment, appointments and include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness to person served. Will provide supportive therapy and other therapeutic interventions as well as other nursing services and walk-in crisis assessments, along with being an active participant in the treatment team. The Nurse will maintain clinical records including daily documentation for medications.
