Responsibilities: Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for speech/language disorders. Conduct standardized assessments and diagnose communication disorders. Manage IEP processes, including attending and facilitating meetings. Collaborate with SPED teachers, specialists, and general education staff. Maintain accurate and legally compliant documentation. Qualifications: Current California SLP License. Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs encouraged to apply). Experience with IEP writing and case management. Strong knowledge of Special Education compliance laws and regulations. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
