Key requirements include: 1.Licensure and Certifications:- Valid nursing license verified through Nursys. - Certification verifications as necessary. - Driver's License or State ID. 2.Health and Personal Requirements:- Personal health history verification including: - MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - Hepatitis B - Influenza Vaccine - Varicella - Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) - 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test - Fit Test - Health Statement - Optional health documentation for Positive PPD with a Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire. 3.Onboarding and Professional Requirements:- Completion of specific Ascension onboarding requirements. - Ascension Core Competencies and Cerner Test-Out. - Ascension EKG Exam. - Ascension Nova StatStrip. - Ascension Education and Employment Verification. - Submission of Ascension profile and professional references. - Ascension Criminal Background Check and EPLS. - Ascension Badge Photo. Please note the requirement to float between units or campuses as part of the job responsibilities. The job does not involve being on call but requires working every other weekend.
