West Virginia Primary Care and Hospitalist options Strong health system Close to 400 bed hospital Large private employer Multi specialty physician group made up of over 75 providers Primary Care: Outpatient clinic setting Multiple location opportunities Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA $200,000 base salary, guaranteed for 2 years $253,444 guarantee year one Inclusive of sign on bonus & guarantee bonus Monday Friday schedule, with 4-day work week option Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day 1/4 or 1/5 call schedule Greenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020 Hospitalist : Long-term acute care setting with Select Specialty Hospital, located at client Hospital $248,000 base salary Can earn up to $20,000 bonus for based on quality metrics Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA Schedule Monday Friday with 1 additional physician 12-15 patients per day Saturday and Sunday with mid-level Physicians must be Board Certified/Board Eligible Production incentives wRVUs with a set target Signing bonus Relocation allowance ($10,000) Malpractice insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401k Match CME Allowance ($5,000/yr) Includes license/dues/subscriptions Malpractice Relocation assistance No vacation, PTO, sick leave or holiday time Physicians take time off at their discretion; which will increase or decrease wRVUs, allowing our providers to be highly motivated
