Registered Nurse (RN) - Rounding

Lake Regional Health System is looking for an outgoing, professional Rounding Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Cardiology Rounding Nurse will work in the clinic, rooming patients, patient education Round on hospital patients with the physician and assist physician with documentation; Complete discharge summaries, Pre-certs, and assist with pre- and post-operation orders Collaborate and coordinate patient tests and procedures; Coordinate Lake Regional surgical procedures with centralized scheduling and Patient follow-up and appointments. Will show compassion and be sensitive and responsive in a timely manner. Keep patients informed while maintaining confidentially of patient information by adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations. Qualifications: Missouri RN licensure required (BLS) certification Cardiology experience preferred Annual influenza vaccine and COVID vaccine required. Additional certifications may be required for this position and will be coordinated by Lake Regional as a part of your ongoing training and development.
