A rewarding opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. This role focuses on providing anesthetic care for a diverse patient population, including both children and adults, across various specialties such as orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmology, endoscopy, ENT, dental, and general surgery. The position offers a consistent schedule with daytime hours, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.Key Details- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center- Start Date: May 1, 2026- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch- Patient Population: All Ages- Location: Gettysburg, PA Benefits- Weekly direct deposit- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Supportive credentialing assistance- Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)- Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, gynecologic, ophthalmologic, endoscopic, ENT, dental, and general surgeries.- Collaborate within a team setting, managing patients across six to fifteen operations per day, depending on room assignment.- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining high standards of care under medical supervision of 1:3.- Utilize Epic EMR to document patient care effectively and efficiently. Qualifications- Board Certification: CRNA certified- Active PA license- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Working Hours- Full-time, 40-hour workweek- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Skills- Proficient in administering anesthesia and monitoring patient responses- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills with patients and team members- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic Become a valued part of a team dedicated to excellence in patient care at an innovative surgery center.
