Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Make a Difference in Outpatient Surgery Care Are you a highly skilled CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic outpatient surgical environment? We are looking for a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide top-tier anesthesia services at our outpatient surgery center. This full-time role offers a chance to work with a diverse patient population, including both children and adults, in a state-of-the-art facility. What You Will Do: Provide anesthesia services for a variety of procedures, including Orthopedic, Gynecological, Ophthalmic, Endoscopic, ENT, Dental, and General surgeries.Cover a schedule of 5 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.Manage an average caseload of 6-15 patients per day, depending on room assignment.Utilize Epic electronic medical records to document patient care.Work in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center with 4 ORs, delivering quality anesthesia in a safe and efficient manner.Collaborate with a dedicated team under a 1:3 medical direction model to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Required Skills: Certified as a CRNA with Board Certification.Valid Pennsylvania license.Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures for diverse patient populations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to quickly adapt to different case types and patient needs.Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers.Proficiency with Epic EMR system.Experience with orthopedic, gynecological, ophthalmic, or ENT procedures.Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia.Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, particularly in outpatient settings.Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).Other Requirements: PA state license to practice as a CRNA.Willingness to undergo credentialing, normally completed within 90 days; expedited processes available.Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.Valid COVID-19 vaccination and adherence to all relevant health and safety protocols.Optional travel reimbursement for credentials or licensure costs.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a professional team committed to excellence in outpatient surgical anesthesia.
