Required Skills: Board Certification (BC or BE) in Vascular Surgery or related fieldValid PA licenseDEA certificationMinimum of 1 year of vascular experience; surgical experience preferred but not mandatoryProficiency in using EPIC EMR systemsStrong clinical assessment and patient management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesNice to Have Skills: Experience with bypass amputations or similar specialized vascular proceduresPrior experience in hospital and outpatient clinic environmentsKnowledge of current vascular treatment protocolsAbility to manage a diverse adult patient population (18+)Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing or a related advanced practice nursing programAt least one year of recent vascular or surgical nurse practitioner experiencePrior familiarity with hospital rounds, consults, and outpatient proceduresOther Requirements: Availability to work every other week on Wednesdays, 7:00 am 5:00 pmMust be comfortable managing approximately 15 patients per day, including 2 consultsCredentialing process completion within 90 days; temporary credentials availableNo trauma patient care required; clinic and hospital-based responsibilities onlyCompetitively compensated at an hourly rate of $151.72, this position offers comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, and potential reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and travel.
