Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Description: Machinist Level 3 Pay Range: $35.00 - $44.00   Manual Machinist: Hilton Tool is a Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components. Specializing in close tolerance parts, assemblies, prototyping, and production runs. A successful candidate will be able to Plan and layout work, set up and operate various Manual  mills, lathes, with a focus on Lathes. Inspect parts to ensure they are within tolerance using precision measuring tools such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. Able to hold tolerances of +/-.001.  Job Type: Full-timeDAY SHIFT:Monday-Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm Duties/Responsibilities: Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to drawing specifications Read and understand production process work instructions and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements Mitigate risk and solve problems. (Think outside the box) Setup equipment required to complete each step of the manufacturing process Setup tools and fixtures. Monitoring the production process. Able to think critically and adjust process when problems arise. Measure parts throughout the manufacturing process and adjust as needed to ensure process paper and drawings compliance. Inspecting finished parts per drawing Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills/Abilities: Have a positive attitude Extensive knowledge of Manual machine tools.  Extensive knowledge of machining and machining processes. Extensive knowledge of machine shop tooling, speeds and feeds Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T on drawings Excellent machine shop math skills, able to calculate proper feeds and speeds Perform job requirements with limited supervision Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to comply with all company safety guidelines Strives to build knowledge and skills continuously, Shares expertise with others   Physical Requirements:·       Able to lift 50 pounds·       Able to stand for entire shift   About the company:Hilton Tool is a Manufacturer of Precision Machined Components.
