Role: Assistant Wide Format Print OperatorPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourJob description:Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wide Format Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating wide format printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced printing technologies and contribute to various projects including print advertising, signage, and custom graphics. Candidates with experience in wide format printing, prepress, color management, and graphic design are highly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities• Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, including EFI machinery.• Prepare digital files using layout design, typography, and color management techniques to ensure print accuracy.• Perform prepress tasks such as file setup, proofing, and color calibration using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure color consistency, sharpness, and overall print quality.• Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment or materials to minimize downtime.• Assist with material handling using forklifts or other machinery as needed for large-format media.• Collaborate with the design team on layout adjustments and print specifications for various projects.• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.
