Department: Hospice AdministrationShift: DayWorking Hours: 8A-5PSummary:The key responsibilities of a Home Health Clinical Manager includes the management, supervision and coordination of clinical services to promote high quality outcomes. The Clinical Manager supervises an interdisciplinary team ensuring continuity of quality care in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and physician orders. Responsible for providing orientation, clinical guidance and performance related tasks. Other information:(1) Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist with current Arkansas license. (2) Three years of clinical experience (3) One year of Home Health/Hospice supervisory experience preferred.This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
