The Marketing Coordinator is the hands-on, central marketing support partner for our loan officers and branches, focused on turning ideas into action. This role helps LOs use First World's tools, templates, and vendor partners to execute effective, on-brand marketing across print, digital, and events, while building their confidence and independence with our marketing resources.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimary role: Loan Officer Support & Execution Serve as the primary point of contact for loan officers and branch teams for marketing support, resources, and execution needs. Translate loan officer marketing ideas and goals into clear, actionable tasks and deliverables, with realistic timelines. Help loan officers choose and use the right First World tools, templates, and vendors to support their specific marketing activities. Provide practical "how-to" guidance across all resources, bridging the gap between loan officers and marketing resources.Design & Collateral Work with loan officers to create and use on-brand marketing materials using existing templates, assets, and design tools (flyers, listing and open house pieces, postcards, social graphics, email layouts, simple presentations, etc.). Prepare co-branded content with referral partners using approved formats, content, and brand standards. Coordinate production of printed materials, signage, and other physical collateral through approved vendors. Make necessary adjustments to ensure materials are professional, readable, and consistent with brand guidelines.Platforms, Tools & Set-Up Set up and schedule new and existing campaigns, announcements, and drip/nurture sequences in the CRM or marketing platforms according to established standards. Assist with loading and scheduling content for loan officers using approved content libraries and tools. Support loan officers with practical profile and presence updates within company-supported platforms. Document steps, checklists, and FAQs for recurring tasks to support consistent execution and easier self-service.Events, Classes & Co-Marketing Implementation Support the execution of loan officer events and classes by coordinating details as needed (advertising, registration links or pages, emails, printed materials, sign-in sheets, simple slide decks, follow-up pieces). Co-host video content days for loan officers and their partners to explore video and grow their understanding of content strategy. Coordinate production of event signage and collateral through approved vendors. Assist with collecting and organizing campaign information so follow-up can be completed.Organization, Brand & Workload Support Maintain organized digital files, templates, and asset libraries so materials are easy to find, reuse, and update. Work with leadership and auditing tools to ensure that content is consistent with internal policies. Track and log marketing requests and projects to maintain visibility of priorities and status. Work Environment Full time position based in Connecticut; primarily on site with regular travel to First World Mortgage branches to work directly with loan officers and branch teams. Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for branch visits, events, and marketing deadlines.Education and Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, production, or marketing support role. Experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or a similar professional environment is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Service-oriented attitude and comfort working directly with sales professionals/loan officers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects and requests simultaneously. Proficiency with common marketing and basic design tools (such as Canva), with willingness to learn company-specific platforms and CRMs. Strong attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow established guidelines and seek clarification when needed.
