Talent Acquisition Specialist - University ProgramsLocation: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)About the Role We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist - University Programs to lead college recruitment efforts for our client. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and supporting students and recent graduates for internships and entry-level positions. You will manage and grow our university internship program while building strong partnerships with colleges and universities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the company's college internship programBuild and maintain relationships with career services offices, faculty, and student organizations at target universitiesServe as the primary liaison between the company and university partnersAttend career fairs, campus events, and represent the company to studentsSupport the selection, onboarding, and mentoring of internsTrack intern performance and help convert high-performing interns into full-time employeesMaintain ongoing connections with top talent until full-time placementManage and update a database of staffing needs across branch locationsPost open positions on job boards and college career portalsScreen resumes and refer qualified candidates to hiring managersMaintain confidential employee files with accuracy and complianceDocument processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvementAssist the broader HR team with projects and initiatives as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree required2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or admissionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships easilyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyWhat We Offer:Hybrid work arrangement based in Wilmington, DECompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to shape and grow a university recruitment programCollaborative HR team environment with room for professional developmentIf you are passionate about connecting talented students and recent graduates with great career opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
