Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.Your Next Pour: The OpportunityThis role is a key member of the Site, and plays a critical part in delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The successful candidate will bring strong technical credibility, proven people leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset to elevate equipment reliability, technician capability, and overall department performance. The position will work jointly with the primary Maintenance Supervisor to manage Lead EMTs, EMTs and an MSR. Individual will contribute to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by supporting the maintenance team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity. Duties include budget ownership, execution of departmental strategy, and ownership of Maintenance KPIS's. Additional responsibilities include:Management of hourly EMT's Dayshift or Off shiftLeads maintenance technicians to achieve performance standards with regards to PM completion, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (breakdown analysis).Promote Tropicana's TPM efforts and advance the Preventative Maintenance processes with a manual maintenance management system.Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.Work closely with suppliers, and coordinate vendors who support maintenance activities.Manage Resource Conservation initiatives.Facilities managementAligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives. Maintains spending to budget.Develops others by training and coaching frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance.Ensures compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently, and implements counter measures to eliminate recurrence.Support and implement EHS program elements as they pertain to MaintenanceExecute PM pillar strategy as defined by site, Division and national goals.Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department.The Perfect Blend: ExperienceMaintenance experience in a food and beverage environment with progressive career pathExperience in supervisory position with frontline employees required.Experience in food and beverage industry requiredStrong employee relations, interpersonal, team building, and verbal/written communication skillsComputer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP/CMMS is a plus.PLC and Allen Bradley proficiency is a plusProven track record driving improvement through TPM or LSS is a plusPlanning and organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsFoundational Ingredients: RequirementsBachelor's Degree, preferably a B.S. in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies, or comparable work experience (at least 5+ years) in a high-speed manufacturing environment requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureMust be located in City of Industry, CA surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employmentWillingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana manufacturing plant in City of Industry, CAPerks That Pack a PunchTBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, company provided life, STD and LTD insurance.
