As a Banquet Houseman, you’ll help set the stage where these stories unfold, ensuring each event is flawless from beginning to end.As a Banquet Houseman, you are the behind-the-scenes hero who transforms event spaces into experiences. You’ll set up and break down rooms with precision, respond to guest and team needs with enthusiasm, and maintain a polished, organized environment that reflects The Ben’s luxury standards. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a grand celebration, your attention to detail ensures every moment is picture-perfect.To ensure cleanliness and organizations done in a timely manner and to assist supervisor during large functions.The Banquet Set Up /House person must ensure that all banquet and meeting rooms are properly set in a timely manner, so that the banquet service staff may prepare for functions.Responsible for timely and safe breakdown of meeting rooms after event completion.Must refresh rooms on time, have water in rooms, clean rooms and set for appropriate functions.Education/Formal TrainingNo formal education needed. ExperiencePrior housekeeping experience desirable. Knowledge/SkillsMinimal literacy necessary; can utilize alternate training tools.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
