We are seeking an Assistant Controller to serve as a key member of the accounting team, providing in-office support while working closely with the Controller. The position offers strong cross-training opportunities and long-term succession potential. Staff Accountant Responsibilities: Support day-to-day accounting operations including cutting checks, journal entries, account reconciliations, and bill entry Assist with payroll and billing verification, coordinating with internal departments to validate financial data Maintain Excel-based tracking and reporting for management and ownership Respond to urgent and time-sensitive accounting requests as they arise Work closely with the Controller to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes Assist with financial documentation, record keeping, and operational support for the accounting function Staff Accountant Qualifications: 3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or construction industries Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability #INMAR2026 #ZRCFS EB-2038722073
