Technical Analyst - AspenTech IP.21

Kforce has a client in King of Prussia, PA that is seeking a Technical Analyst - AspenTech IP.21. Responsibilities: * Administer, configure, and maintain process historian systems to ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance * Develop and optimize SQL queries/scripts to support reporting, analysis, and issue resolution * Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting data, batch processing, and system integration issues * Monitor and manage data flows between historians, control systems, and downstream platforms * Resolve technical support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely communication and closure * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to support production and continuous improvement * Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures * Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning initiatives* Hands-on experience administering and supporting AspenTech IP.21 or comparable historian platforms * Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing process data * Experience working in manufacturing environments, particularly batch processing operations * Familiarity with batch standards (e.g., ISA-88) and process control concepts * Exposure to MES, ERP, analytics platforms, and industrial control systems (DCS/PLC) * Experience using IT service management or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
