Legal Operations Analyst

Role Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support a Quality Assurance team reviewing legal documentation related to civil legal matters and loan collections. This role focuses on validating legal documents, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and preparing materials before they are sent to third-party legal partners. The ideal candidate has experience with legal documentation, litigation procedures, or loan/collections operations. Key Responsibilities Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Verify documentation aligns with corresponding records Validate notarization and legal requirements within documents Perform judgment and complaint validations Support QA review before documents are sent to third-party legal partners Maintain accurate documentation and records Follow compliance and legal processing procedures Required Qualifications 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience or equivalent experience in legal/litigation operations Strong attention to detail Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to review legal documentation for accuracy Strong organizational and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with civil litigation or collections law Experience performing Quality Assurance reviews Paralegal certification Experience reviewing credit card or lending documentation
