Schedule: Mainly night shifts, including holidays/weekends Weeknights: 5 PM 8 AM (15-hour shift) Weekend nights: 3 PM 8 AM (17-hour shift) Minimum 4 6 shifts/month Procedures/Case Mix: Surgical recovery, critical newborn care Chest tube insertion/removal, lumbar puncture, central lines, umbilical catheterizations, etc. No transport responsibilities Additional Details: EMR: Epic Credentialing: days Orientation: 3 days (Mon Wed) after privileges granted Level IV, 58-bed NICU Requirements: Active CA license 2 3 years of Level IV NICU experience Certs required: BLS, NRP, PALS
