Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in a school setting located in Lancaster, OH. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to work with an elementary caseload split between two buildings, providing specialized speech-language services to young students. Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language pathology services to an elementary caseload spread over two school buildings.Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations.Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required. Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP).Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable.Experience or credentialing specific to school-based speech-language pathology preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff.Ability to manage a caseload across multiple locations efficiently. Location:This contract position is based in Lancaster, OH, with responsibilities at two elementary school buildings. Schedule:Full-time from August 10 to May 28, aligned with the school year calendar.
