Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Assessments We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete in-home assessments for home care clients. This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexible scheduling, per-visit pay, and independent field work. Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive in-home assessments Perform medical, social, and environmental assessments Obtain and document vital signs Develop and document a plan of care Obtain and coordinate physician (MD) orders Complete accurate and timely documentation Conduct Aide supervision visits as required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) Strong assessment and documentation skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to work independently Competitive per-assessment pay ($80$120) Flexible scheduling Consistent assessment opportunities Supportive clinical team Fast onboarding process Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
