Provide direct speech therapy services in patients' homes to improve communication, speech, and swallowing function. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, home exercises, and strategies to enhance progress. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapy goals. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines. Ensure all therapy services adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Utilize technology for telehealth services when appropriate and ensure patient engagement in virtual sessions. Experience: No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates eager to learn!
