Forklift Operator

Job DescriptionAbout Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel, LLC is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry. About the position: Automotive supplier in the Woodstock, AL area seeking qualified Forklift Operators. These are full time positions with availability on multiple shifts. Responsibilities include: Safe and effective operation of a forklift in all areas including shipping and receiving, sort line and inventorying materials. Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations. Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc. Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals. Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation. Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities. Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Certified Forklift Operator. (Preferred) 1 year of experience Must be able to badge at Mercedes Plant Attention to detail / Quality Assurance Ability to work the full scheduled shift and required overtime. Previous verifiable forklift experience in a distribution setting. Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs on a consistent basis. All applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and pre- employment drug screen.
