Position: STNA/CNA/NA (Per Diem) Job Summary: The STNA/CNA/NA (Per Diem) is responsible for providing direct care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility. This position requires a commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care in a supportive environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff. ssist with meal preparation and feeding residents as needed. Provide companionship and support to residents. Ensure residents' rooms are clean and organized. ssist with transfers and ambulation as needed. Document resident care and observations accurately. Follow facility policies and procedures. Participate in staff meetings and in-service training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Current STNA, CNA, or NA certification. Experience working in an assisted living or long-term care facility preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. bility to work independently and as part of a team.
