Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A temporary opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services covering maternity leave from September 8 to December 18, 2026, in Shoreview, MN. This contract position involves supporting students with speech and language needs within a school setting, offering a manageable caseload that includes incident-related and developmental coordination disorder (DCD) cases. Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention strategies. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license (required). Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of school-based speech therapy practices. Ability to manage a low caseload effectively and maintain detailed records. Strong communication and collaboration skills. This position is not open to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs). Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week. Work hours from 8:35 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Location: Shoreview, Minnesota.
