Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Job Description Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the warehouse facility to ensure a safe and organized work environment. Daily cleaning tasks: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office areas, break rooms, restrooms, and warehouse spaces. Trash removal: Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in designated containers; replace liners as needed. Restroom upkeep: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and restock soap, paper towels, and other supplies. Surface cleaning: Wipe down workstations, machinery surfaces, doors, windows, and high-touch areas. Supply management: Monitor janitorial supply levels and notify supervisor when inventory needs replenishment. Safety compliance: Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Special tasks: Assist with periodic deep cleaning, spills, seasonal upkeep, or light maintenance as directed by supervisors. Job Requirements Work ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions. Attention to detail: Strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and maintaining a professional environment. Safety awareness: Understanding of proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE). Team player: Willingness to assist others and coordinate with warehouse staff when needed. Experience: Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a warehouse, industrial, or commercial setting preferred. Must be able to pass a background check.
