What This Position Is All About:Under the direction of the Store Director, the Department Manager of Operations will support execution of the operational priorities within the 4 walls. They will be responsible for maintaining performance of their stores' back of house practices to drive efficiency and achievement of related goals. The Assistant Store Director of Operations will coach their direct associate reports proactively and collaboratively to achieve the productivity set forth in the labor standards. Primary Job Functions:Be responsible for achievement of sales, controllable profit, EBITDA, payroll management, P&L performanceManage the planning, timelines, budget and communication of all required operational processesOrganization of the stock room including merchandise set up, equipment, supplies and technologyExecution of all inbound and outbound freight flow including dock to floor processes and exception report maintenance to maintain inventory integrityResolution of maintenance and repair of all facilities related issuesDevelop and retain direct reports, ensure their readiness for increased responsibilities and provide a bench of internal talent who are upwardly mobile to fill critical positionsParticipate and support in training for new company programs, procedures, and technologiesConsistently model and coach to behaviors that exceed key performance indicatorsWho Are You:Establish positive interpersonal relationships and actively collaborates and contributes to a positive team dynamicInspirational leader through both action and collaboration who acts as a coach and role model to bring out the best in their teamsCan easily adapt to changes and can be relied upon to consistently deliver exceptional resultsConsistently generate and share original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problemsYou Also Have:College Associate diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of management experience with comparable volume and/or proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving resultsProficiency in utilizing available technology including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Proven sales track record and results driven approachProven time management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting prioritiesDemonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service and build exceptional customer relationshipsThorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing your expertiseAbility to act promptly in routine situations and see a clear plan of action to a positive result in the customer's eyesAbility to operate equipment such as radios, POS register, ticket scanners, and sensor removersFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.Salary and Other Compensation:The starting salary for this position is between [$XX,XXX - XX,XXX annually].
