Revit Designer

Job Title: Remote Revit Designer Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Revit Designer, where you will play a vital role in drafting support for composite designs and revisions. You will be responsible for creating and modifying module drawings, managing project manager stakeholders' expectations, and leading design projects through a 14-month lifecycle. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management. + Research and compile all available information for site. + Provide coordination of all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information. + Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required. + Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans and work letters. + Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary. + Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts. + Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off. + Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, and permit status. + Maintain repository for all pre-construction work product by site. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering. + Minimum 2 years of Revit experience. + Revit experience for design and working with multiple stakeholders. + Experience with large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. + Experience in drafting, design, layout design, and floor plan layout design. Work Environment This is a remote role that must sit in Pacific Standard Time zone. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
