Kelly Science is seeking an Analytical Development Scientist for a growing company located in Devens, MA. Salary: $100,000-120,000/year Shift: Monday-Friday 1st Shift Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire Work Model: Fully On-site Job Responsibilities include: + Plan, execute, and analyze experiments for method development, validation, reference standard creation, forced degradation, product characterization, and compatibility studies, following ICH regulatory guidelines. + Develop, optimize, and validate LCMS methods for ADCs, including: + Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) determination + Payload quantification (free and conjugated) + Linker stability and degradation profiling + Site-specific conjugation analysis + Perform intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, DAR determination, and payload identification. + Characterize ADCs for key quality attributes such as conjugation sites, linker stability, and degradation products. + Write test methods, protocols, reports, and regulatory documents as required. + Support development and cGMP manufacturing by ensuring regulatory compliance for in-process and release samples. + Uphold safety and quality standards in all activities. + Effectively communicate technical results to internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies. + Collaborate with chemistry, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure successful project outcomes. + Mentor and support scientific staff, fostering their technical and professional growth and promoting knowledge sharing. + Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. + Maintain and troubleshoot LCMS equipment, such as Orbitrap, Q-TOF, and Triple Quad systems. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related scientific field required. Advanced degree (MS or PhD) is a plus. + 4+ years of experience with LCMS analysis of large molecule required. + Extensive experience in analytical method development, validation and characterization of bioconjugates required.
