Macedonia Chick-fil-A is looking for experienced Back of House Shift Managers who are driven to coach and develop others while exhibiting a passion to serve! *Please note, this position requires year round full time availability to be considered for the $20hr pay rate. * CLOSED ON SUNDAY!!! * 401(k) Profit Sharing * Paid Vacation after 12 months of service * Health Insurance Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Responsibilities: * Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder in a "hands on" management position * Develop others with coaching, training and accountability and leading by example * Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience * Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyone * Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guests Chick-fil-A Shift Manager Requirements: * You must be hard working, team oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills. * Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required * Be authorized to work in the United States * Be at least 18 years old * Must have a High School diploma or equivalent * Be available to work a minimum 35 hours per week and be available on Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests * Have at least one-year previous management or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar work environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Saturday availability is REQUIRED.
