As a patient, long-term investor-operator, it aims to build significant enterprise value through both organic growth and acquisition.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLoad, operate, and unload dish machine safely and efficientlyKeep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problemsWash and store all kitchenware, baskets and cratesMaintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning suppliesProperly label, replenish and store chemicalsPut away delivery or orders as assignedEnsure refrigerators and freezers are clean, organized and well-maintainedMaintain adequate levels of clean small wares, equipment and tools in the bakery and kitchenAssist with basic food preparation according to the checklist and prep sheetsComplete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignmentsKeep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklistQualifications3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training preferredFlexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not requiredAbility to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work locationBenefitsEnrollment in Company-contributed health coverage planAccrued Paid Time Off401k with up to 4% match after ninety (90) days of employmentPre-tax commuter benefits (in applicable States)Team member discounts at all our brandsThe hourly pay range (plus tips, when eligible) is:$17.00 - $23.00Convive Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
