Our locally owned office serving the southeastern Twin Cities is looking for a Director of Nursing (RN) who wants meaningful leadership work without the burnout of a full-time hospital schedule. This is a 20-hour-per-week leadership role with a flexible schedule that we build together. We care about outcomes, communication, and quality, not clock watching. This position is perfect for an experienced RN who loves mentoring caregivers, building strong client relationships, and helping a start-up home care agency grow responsibly. We have a custom-built skills lab stocked with all the supplies your care team needs to learn and thrive. What We're Looking For Active RN license in Minnesota (required) Home care experience preferred, but not required if you have strong clinical leadership experience and are willing to learn Organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a leadership team Driving to see your clients. Our territory starts in West Saint Paul and extends down to Cannon Falls. We pay mileage or offer access to a company vehicle Someone who values relationships, mentorship, and ethical care. This role is less clinical and more personal Schedule 20 hours per week Flexible schedule created together at the time of hire Mix of office work, field visits, and administrative nursing work Compensation $40 $52 per hour, depending on experience in home care and nursing leadership.
