The ideal candidate has substantial litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Candidates may come fromplaintiff or defense backgrounds, butplaintiff-side experience is requiredand a passion for representing injured individuals is essential. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney ready to take an active role in preparing cases for trial and working closely with senior trial attorneys.
