Find your future with us. **Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is looking for **Procurement Agent (Associate, or Experienced)** to support program based out of **Dallas, TX.** Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, or Experienced Level Procurement Agents. **Position Responsibilities:** + Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. + Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. + Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. + Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word + 3+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts + 3+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions + Fluent in both verbal and written English **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required + 3+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment + 3+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes + 3+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance + 3+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding **Typical Education/Experience:** **Associate (Level 2)** Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. **Experienced (Level 3)** Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.
