This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, aiding with inquiries, coordinating deliveries, managing building access, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of the property.Key Roles / Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist residents, tenants, and guests upon arrival.Provide information about building amenities, policies, and local area recommendations.Address resident and tenant inquiries professionally and efficiently.Monitor building access points and maintain visitor logs.Communicate with security personnel, maintenance staff, and management as needed.Oversee parking management, including deliveries, ride-share services, guest parking, and tenant vehicle coordination.Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.Assist residents and tenants with maintenance requests and service coordination.Conduct daily building inspections, checking for leaks, lighting issues, and other maintenance concerns.Ensure common areas and restrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.Assist with emergency drills, including fire or safety training exercises.Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries in accordance with building procedures.Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure smooth and secure package handling.Assist with organizing on-site events or meetings.Set up AV equipment and other necessary arrangements for scheduled events.Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of building security and maintenance procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent service.Working Conditions:Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be available evenings, night, weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.Moves throughout the building to access files.Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
