Responsibilities Field Leadership (75%)Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on-siteProvide real-time coaching and ensure target deliveryMaintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions Operational PlanningBuild weekly field schedules & staffing plansIdentify high-traffic areas across Nashville (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas)Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
