About the RoleThe Marketing Project Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by keeping day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns organized, moving, and delivered on time. This role plays a key part in coordinating assets, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across multiple marketing disciplines.You'll work closely with managers, designers, content writers, and digital specialists to ensure marketing initiatives-across email, social media, content, video, print, and digital-are executed accurately, efficiently, and on brand.What You'll DoProject Coordination & Workflow ManagementCoordinate marketing campaign timelines and ensure tasks are assigned and executed efficientlyCollaborate with managers, designers, content writers, and digital specialists to keep projects on trackMaintain project calendars and support clear communication across the Marketing teamSchedule and lead check-in meetings to align teams on deadlines and deliverablesMonitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet business objectivesContent & Asset ManagementGather and organize files, specs, and reference materials for marketing projectsEnsure timely completion and delivery of assets across social media, email, print, and digital advertisingAssign daily tasks to Designers, Social Media, Content, and Digital SpecialistsCoordinate monthly print collateral delivery, proofing, and final approvals with vendorsSocial Media & Community EngagementMonitor and respond to patient comments, questions, and reviews on social platformsPartner with Clinical, Retail, and Operations teams to craft thoughtful, brand-aligned public responsesResearch & Competitive AnalysisConduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiativesProvide insights to help refine campaigns and optimize performanceProcess Improvement & DocumentationIdentify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvementsMaintain an internal library of marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelinesDocument project timelines, outcomes, and key learnings to support future campaignsWhat We're Looking ForExperience coordinating projects, workflows, or campaigns (marketing experience strongly preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClear communication skills and a collaborative mindsetHigh attention to detail and commitment to brand consistencyComfort working with project management tools and shared calendarsPerks & BenefitsComprehensive Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)Exclusive Discounts: Employee savings on weight loss programs, med spa services (including injectables), and retail productsFriends & Family Program: Discounted services for up to five individualsCareer Advancement: We prioritize internal promotion and leadership development Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
