If you are looking to make a career move and welcome new challenges, apply for your next opportunity today!Please take a moment to carefully read the qualifications outlined in the job you are applying for as you must meet the minimum requirements of the position in order to be considered.AriensCo is seeking a 1st shift Welder to join our team in Brillion, WI.Pay: Starts at $24/hour + $2,000 sign on bonusSchedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PMTHE DAY TO DAY...Weld multiple material types flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions within process limitations and as determined by work instructions using a manual or robotic welderRemove and install rolls of weld wire and make equipment adjustments necessary to properly weldInterpret Blue print and weld symbols to produce welds to print specificationUse proper welding technique and adjust equipment as necessary to produce quality weld problemsPrepare parts necessary for weldingRepair defective welds to print specificationClean-up of welded parts per print specificationsFollow written welding procedures, specifications and work instructions including (IPV) in process verificationAssist team members in other areas to meet daily production goalsTHE QUALIFICATIONS...Professional welding experience requiredAbility to communicate effectively by applying common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionsPass appropriate internal welding certificationWorking knowledge of Blue Print reading and weld symbolsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.About AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
