If you're motivated by leading teams, championing safety, and delivering consistent, measurable results, this is an opportunity to shape the success of an entire region.What You'll LeadAs our Region General Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team performance, and long-term strategic goals.Your ImpactInspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellenceOversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returnsChampion safety and food-safety compliance (OSHA, FDA, and internal standards)Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiencyLead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performancePartner with HR to recruit, coach, and retain top talentBuild strong community relationships and support local business development initiativesThe Ideal CandidateHas 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environmentBrings strong operational knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, storage, retrieval, and transportationCommunicates clearly, leads with confidence, and drives team accountabilityUnderstands WMS, RF systems, and warehouse financial processesBuilds positive relationships and develops people at every levelHas experience with OSHA/FDA or food-safety programs (preferred)Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experienceWhy This Role MattersThis is a key leadership opportunity to influence culture, develop strong teams, and deliver operational excellence.
