ServiceNow Project Manager

G2IT is seeking a Project Manager for a Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated ServiceNow ITSM, IRM,WSD HRSD platform and support center. This position is remote with some initial support in O'Fallon IL. The ideal candidate will have:10 years of demonstrated experience providing Enterprise level Information Technology (EIT) based Customer Service for applications that support mission objectives;Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with ServiceNow supporting IT Service Management;Three (3) years of demonstrated agile management expertise that configures ServiceNow workflows, and introduces and matures newly adopted ServiceNow modules including:DevOps Change Velocity integrations for development tools (i.e., GitLab),Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) for real time health monitoring and firewall tracking,Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) for centralized tracking of assets to include Hardware and Software, andStrategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for project management, routing and trackingEducation and Industry Certifications:STEM based Bachelor of Science degree preferred;PMP CertificationCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)Certification supporting IAT Level II, REQUIREDActive Secret Clearance, REQUIREDSalary: $140k-$150k depending on experience
