Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto InsuranceWhat does this job look like:We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks: Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Cleaning restrooms Removing trash As well as other cleaning task as assigned Snow removal Coach and train team members Lead with integrity and humility Travel between multiple School Buildings within the school district Perform Side by Side inspections for coaching, mentoring and accountability of team members Lead team of District Supervisors to ensure quality standards are met Complete nightly staffing plan to assign coverage to open areas in the event of call offs and temporarily open positions High level of customer service involving interactions with facilities contacts, teachers, principals and school administrative staffSummer work includes Carpet cleaning Stripping and waxing floors Work is performed on day shiftWhen and Where is the job located:We have the following opportunity available at Okemos Public Schools: 2:00pm-11:30pm Lead District Supervisor (9 hours with .5 hour unpaid lunch) 45 hours per week (40 regular with 5 hours of OT each week expected)Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (Anticipated annual salary of $54,000 per year)Why become a member of our GRBS Family:Because we care about serving our customers, we also care about YOU and offer the following benefits.
